Wrong address on package
I found out that I left the first I off of *** but did have the correct zip code which should have been adequate. With the correct address as well.
Yesterday, I received a photo that it was delivered.
I have no idea of where it was delivered. Not to the address on the label.
I ordered an additional cake and had to pay 50 % the cost for it.
I don't believe it was undeliverable with the info on the label.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Call the company direct, very apologetic for the delay in shipment and gave me a full refund.
Order came late. It was supposed to be a surprise for my client's 70th birthday, who used to live in Riverdale. I needed to scramble to provide dinner, and everyone was extremely disappointed, and I was extremely embarrassed.

I heard from a different person who implied that despite the instructions that I could choose my delivery date at the end, I should have guessed that using ApplePay makes that option disappear. They offered a 50% discount on another order, which is insufficient but I had to take it. I won't order from them again.
I went through the Apple Pay process, and when I finished, there was no option to choose my delivery date. I immediately sent an email saying that I needed that item delivered on Dec 23. I did not hear back from them on Monday, but got the automated messages about the progress of the order, saying that it was shipped. I sent another email and began to look for a phone number.
As expected, it was not easy to find, and when I called, I got the AT&T message that the call could not be completed which sounds like the number has been disconnected. I finally heard back on Tuesday after the order was delivered, and the person said that the order could not be changed at that point. Of course, it couldn't!
I expect them to send another on the date that I requested. I'm still waiting to hear back.

They sent 2 boxes of cookies instead of one box. Always try to contact their customer service dept. and tell them the issue.
It is very frustrating trying to contact Goldbelly. I am trying to change the message on the item but Goldbelly automatically put in the last message I sent for a birthday instead of of a Christmas gift.
I would just like to cancel all of my orders and get a refund for my money. Otherwise I will drop the payment ftom the bank.

- Autofill set the wrong address for the birthday cake.
- I could not update address.
- UPS says only the sender can change it; Goldbelly offered a discount.
I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. Upon filling out the order the autofill applied the wrong address I didn't realize till I got notification of delivery tracking.
I tried to change the address with no success online or by phone during their business hours. I called the carrier UPS and they said only the sender can change the address.
UPS said to have the company call them. I called Goldbelly once again and they said there is nothing they can do but give me a discount on my next order.
Never would use Goldbelly again
The food that was delivered a day late was not cold!!!
